We could have these adjustments, with further steerage, available as soon as attainable and will notify filers when the modifications are available in the system. If the statutory timelines require you to file a registration or quarterly report before the amended types can be found, please do so, and then, if necessary, amend the filing to incorporate the related info, once it is potential to do so. As required by the LDA, the lobbying disclosure thresholds have been updated to mirror modifications within the Consumer Price Index during the preceding four-12 months interval.

The Clerk of the House and The Secretary of the Senate are pleased to announce that the LD-2 quarterly reporting kind was launched on March three, 2008. To assist filers that will need to file reviews or amendments for previous semiannual reporting intervals, a new Forms Archive part is now out there on the Forms and Software web page for Windows and Macintosh users. The Contribution Reporting system will provide access to a pre-populated contribution type for every filer.
The Third Quarter report is due October 20, 2017, overlaying July 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. The Fourth-Quarter report is due January 22, 2018, overlaying October 1, 2017 via December 31, 2017. The First-Quarter report is due April 20, 2018, masking January 1, 2018 by way of March 31, 2018. The Second Quarter report is due July 20, 2018, covering April 1, 2018 by way of June 30, 2018. The Third Quarter report is due October 22, 2018, covering July 1, 2018 through September 30, 2018. The Fourth Quarter report is due January 22, 2019, overlaying October 1, 2018 by way of December 31, 2018. The First Quarter report is due April 22, 2019, masking January 1, 2019 via March 31, 2019.

The $3,000 revenue threshold for lobbying companies remains unchanged. See Guidance Section four on “Who Must Register and When“ for extra data. At this time, our workplaces are creating the technical changes needed for this reporting on the two related varieties.
