Mám pro vás screencaps ze včerejšího dílu Capricy, 1x06 Know Thy Enemy, ve kterém se nám konečně představil James coby Barnabas Greeley.

Na stránce SyFy naleznete také audio komentář ke včerejšímu 6. dílu od Davida Eicka (výkonný producent), Harryho Millera (editor) a Bear McCrearyho (skladatel). James je tu několikrát zmíněný a to velmi hezky.

James se objeví i v příštím díle, který běží v pátek 12. března a nese název 1x07 The Imperfections of Memory.

ENGLISH: I've added screencaps from yesterday's episode of Caprica, 1x06 Know Thy Enemy to the gallery. It was the first episode where we have finally met James as Barnabas Greeley.

You can listen to Caprica Episode 106 audio commentary on Syfy, with David Eick (executive producer), Harry Miller (editor) and Bear McCreary (composer). James is mentioned here couple of time and they speak very nicely about him.

James will be in next episode, 1x07 The Imperfections of Memory, on Friday March 12th, on Syfy.

Aby toho nebylo pro dnešek málo, na poptimal.com. se objevil další rozhovor z dané konference :).

James o své postavě Barnabase Greeleyho:
James popisuje Barnabase jako „náboženského válečníka (náboženského fanatika :[), muže, který udělá cokoliv, aby změnil tenhle zkorumpovaný svět. A při snaze o záchranu světa se nebojí udělat chyby“, tohle James říká s velkou dávkou obdivu. Když se ho zeptáte, jaký má pocit, když hraje takovou horlivou postavu, tak James odpoví, že rozumí důvodům Barnabase, který vidí, jak se jeho svět rozpadá. Barnabas se v tomhle padlém světě snaží zachránit lidstvo a nebojí se u toho zajít daleko. Bude ubližovat lidem a bude je využívat, aby dosáhl nápravy. (MORE)

Jednoho dne přijdu na to, zda se ta postava jmenuje Barnabas Greeley, Barnabus Greeley, Barnabas Greely nebo Barnabus Greely :D.

James on his character, Barnabas Greeley:
James describes Barnabas as a religious warrior, a man who will do anything to change this corrupting world. And in trying to save the world, he is ‘not afraid to make mistakes;’ this James says with a heavy dose of admiration. When asked how he feels about playing such a zealous character, James says that he understands Barnabas’ motivation as he sees his world coming apart. In this fallen world, Barnabas is trying to save humanity and as such, he doesn’t fear going too far to do so. He will hurt and use people in order to make this right. (MORE)

 James se zúčastnil konferenčního telefonu s několika novináři z celého světa, k propagaci jeho role v Caprice (poprvé ho uvidíme zítra) a jednotlivé rozhovory a nebo ukázky se začínají objevovat na denním světle. Tentokrát stránka Spoiler TV.com, respektive Deanna Lynne přinesla úkazku z rozhovoru, předím, než vydají celý přepis.

- Marsters říká: “Je na tom něco dramaticky úžasného, vědět kam Caprica směřuje (poukazuje na BSG), zatímco postavy o tom nemají tušení.“ (celý překlad)

Všechny rozhovory se týkají především Capricy, jak se k ní dostal, koho hraje, co si o tom myslí, ale také se dočtete řadu věcí o starších projektech. Čas je prevít, ale pokusím se přeložit alespoň jeden z rozhovorů (nebo zajímavé části :D).

5. díl Capricy se mi opravdu hodně líbil a společně s ním, nám také SyFy přineslo trailer na 6. díl Know Thy Enemy, ve kterém již konečně uvidímě Jamese. Už se nemohu dočkat.

 Informace z oficiální facbook stránky, James se 3.-4. dubna objeví v severní Kalifornii na konvenci WONDERCON 2010 - San Francisco.

A mimo jiné, Mo Ryan z Chicago Tribune zase za-tweetovala o Caprice: 5. března #Caprica, první epizoda s Jamesem Marstersem. Jeho nástup je nezapomenutelný, tak jak by měl být. Více informací bude koncem týdne na blogu.

ENGLISH: New convention on the horizon, James will appears at the WONDERCON 2010 - San Francisco on  April 3 & 4. Info about James' appearance is on his official facebook page.

Mo Ryan from Chicago Tribune tweeted again about Caprica: March 5 #Caprica  is 1st ep with James Marsters as Barnabus. His entrance is memorable, as it should be. More on blog later in the week.
